Teacher Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
- You are a Teacher registered to teach in Australian Schools, or University Student registered in an Education or Sport related degree in an Australian University.
- You are signing up to the Program to access support and resources to enhance their delivery of Netball in schools, and represent Netball as an ambassador to grow the game.
- Netball Australia reserves the right to remove any members who do not meet the eligibility criteria, or are found of misconduct/operate in ways which are not in the best interests of the program.
- It is the responsibility of the teacher or pre-service teacher to update their personal or school details within the portal.
- It is the responsibility of the teacher to continue to update and renew their profile to ensure membership tiers remain relevant and up-to-date with their engagement levels.
- Once teachers or pre-service teachers sign up for the program, their details will automatically be rolled over each year. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you wish to be removed from the program by emailing schools@netball.com.au.
- As a member, you allow Netball Australia and its Member Organisations to access your membership data for communications purposes. This may include: communications relating to news, surveys, data collection and other opportunities relating to schools via email and/or SMS. Data may also be used by the Netball Schools team to improve its products and services for teachers and students
- You agree to the Netball Australia Privacy Policy and Collection Notice.
- You agree to the Netball Australia Terms of Use.
- You agree and acknowledge that the TAP Membership Tiers and Rewards do not rollover to the next year, and reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
- You agree and acknowledge that TAP Membership Tiers and Rewards are updated and reviewed as per a regular cadence check, which occurs monthly or as directed by specific State and Territory.
All materials, resources, and content made available as part of the Teacher Ambassador Program (TAP) are owned by, or licensed to, Netball Australia and/or its Member Organisations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
TAP materials are provided for the sole purpose of participation in the TAP. They must not be reproduced, distributed, shared, adapted, or otherwise used outside the Program (including by non-TAP members, external schools or third parties) without prior written consent from Netball Australia or the relevant Member Organisation.
Unauthorised use may result in access being withdrawn and/or further action being taken.
