How can I reset my password?

1. Click on the log in link in the top right hand side of the page.
   
   
   
2. You will be taken to the log in screen. Please click on Forgot Login Details link.
   
   
   
3. Please either enter your username (if known) or your email adress.
   
   
4. Please click on the Request Reset button.
   
   
   
5. You will see this onscreen message.
   
   
   
6. Please go to your email account and open an email with the subject 'Netball Australia: Password reset'.
   
   
7. Click in the Reset Your Password button in the email.
   
   
   
8. Please enter a new password which meets the criteria.  Has the password link expired?  Please contact us.
   
   
9. Click on the Save Password button
   
   
   
10. You will be taken to the Log In page.  Please use the user name which was in the email you received and the password you just set.
